DOLLY Privacy Policy (English) — 2026.09

MOEN (representative: Seonwook Kim, the "Provider") processes the personal data of users of DOLLY (the "Service") in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

The Service has no sign-up and no login, and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. Your game data never leaves your device; the only information sent externally is what is required to display ads.

The Service does not request device permissions such as photos, camera, location, or contacts.
The Provider operates no server of its own and neither collects nor views your game records.
On iOS you may decline the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request; all features remain fully available if you do. In that case you will see non-personalized ads instead of personalized ones.
As of the effective date, the Service offers no rankings and no in-app purchases. If they are introduced, this Policy will be amended and announced before it takes effect.
Even once in-app purchases are introduced, payment is handled by the app store; the Provider never receives payment details such as card numbers.

2. Destruction

Data is destroyed without delay once its retention period expires or its purpose is achieved. Data stored on your device is erased when you delete the app, and the Provider keeps no copy of it.

3. Third-party disclosure, processors, and international transfers

The Provider does not sell the data it collects and does not provide it to third parties other than those listed below (except where specifically required by law or requested by investigative authorities through legally prescribed procedures).

International transfers occur over the network when ads are displayed; the items transferred and their retention periods are as shown in the table in Section 1. You can review each company's policy at Google and Apple.

4. Children under 14

The Provider does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14. If we learn that a child's data has been entered without the consent of a legal representative, we will delete it without delay. Please notify us through Section 6 if you become aware of such a case.
